Our Licensed Group Home offers a small, family-style residence with round-the-clock staffing and structure. Residents typically have private or semi-private bedrooms, shared living spaces, and a predictable daily routine designed around individual goals. Services include supervision and safety monitoring, medication administration, personal care assistance, transportation, community inclusion, and skill-building in areas like cooking, housekeeping, money management, and social communication. Behavior supports and care coordination are provided in partnership with families and clinical providers. This setting is ideal for individuals who benefit from 24/7 support in a stable, structured environment. 

 Alternative Family Living (AFL)—also called a host-home model—matches individuals with a carefully screened, trained caregiver or family who provides support in their home. AFL offers a warm, natural home setting with highly individualized attention (often 1:1 or 1:2). Supports may include personal care, medication assistance, medical and therapy appointment coordination, community participation, transportation, and daily living skill development, all guided by a person-centered plan. Regular oversight, training, and monitoring from Royals House of Care help ensure quality and safety. AFL is an excellent option for people who prefer a family-based environment with consistent relationships and flexible, individualized routines.
